Denticare

Don’t delay your perfect smile – Denticare offers a payment plan solution specifically designed to help pay for your dental or orthodontic treatments over a specified period of time. Denticare charges zero interest on their payment plans, so you really don’t have to pay a penny over what your dentist has charged you. Their simple sign up process means you don’t need to go through invasive credit checks or provide in-depth financial information to access quality dental care – it’s all at your fingertips. Choose your repayment period from 3 to 24 months, and decide how often you pay instalments to begin treatment today! Find out more on the Denticare website.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule

The Australian Government’s Child Dental Benefits Schedule provides $1000 of financial assistance for basic dental treatment for eligible children over a 24-month period. To be eligible, your child must be aged 2 to 17 and receive relevant government payments. All treatment under the CDBS is bulk-billed through Medicare, meaning no out-of-pocket expenses.

There is no waiting list for appointments covered by the Child Dental Benefit Scheme. Your child will be able to visit at the next available appointment!

Treatments covered by CDBS include:
  • Dental check-ups and cleaning teeth
  • Fissure sealants and fillings
  • Dental X-rays
  • Extractions
  • Root canals

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule does not cover orthodontic or cosmetic dental work, and will not be paid for any services provided in a hospital operating theatre.

Find out more about the CDBS on the Department of Human Services website.
